(NEWS CENTER) -- Next Tuesday, Maine voters will be going to polls and the only statewide items on the ballot are five bond questions, totalling more than $150,000,000. 

  Which of them deserve passage?  We talk with NEWS CENTER political analysts Phil Harriman and Ethan Strimling about them, as well as about Maine's ranking when it comes to spending on welfare and why Governor Paul LePage is choosing election day to announce he's running again.
