PORTLAND, Maine (AP) - A Maine woman has been tapped to serve as acting administrator of the Small Business Administration.
Jeanne Hulit will replace Karen Mills, also of Maine, who stepped down this summer until President Obama appoints a new administrator.
U.S. Congresswoman Chellie Pingree says Hulit has played pivotal roles in supporting the state's economic recovery while heading New England's Regional SBA Office and the national Office of Capital Access.
