Lewiston police say the primary fire is at 114 and 118 Bartlett Street. Both buildings were vacant at the time. The roofs on both buildings have collapsed.

There are two other buildings damaged by that fire. But no one has been hurt.

On Friday night, there was a fire on Pierce Street that spread to two buildings on Bartlett.

Last Monday, a fire on Blake Street spread to two other buildings as well.

In all, firefighters in Lewiston have had to battle at least 8 apartment building fires in the past week.

Two 12 year old boys have been arrested separately for both of the fires last week.

One of those boys is expected to be arraigned today on three counts of arson for the Blake Street fire.
