An intense area of low pressure located just east of the maritimes will continue to influence our weather over the next several days. Disturbances rotating around the system or short waves as we like to call them are going to move through our region from time to time. One such disturbance is expected to roll through Wednesday afternoon into Wednesday evening. We should see some morning sunshine give way to clouds in the afternoon with showers breaking out late in the day. As temperatures cool down Wednesday night the precipitation should change over to snow with some accumulation possible on grassy surfaces. The disturbance will by out of here by Thursday morning and I think we can look forward to a pleasant day with temperatures in the upper 40s. Another weak disturbance appears to be in the cards for Friday so more showers are possible that day. Saturday is looking very nice and so is Easter Sunday.
