(NEWS CENTER) -- A week after he first tossed down the gauntlet, Governor Paul LePage is once again demanding the Legislature put his idea of paying back Maine's hospitals nearly $500,000,000 in overdue MaineCare payments.

   But, democrats say the idea is constitutionally unsound and they won't be rushed into some sort of emergency bill.

   Plus, if Rep. Mike Michaud does decide to run for governor in 2014, what kind of domino effect will we see when it comes to politicians wanting to fill his congressional seat?
