A pair of low pressure centers are going to bring us a little snowfall Wednesday and if the models are correct it should be here for the morning commute. Most locations will receive an inch or less but this will still make for some slippery road conditions so you may want to leave a little extra time for traveling. The snowfall won't last very long and I expect we'll see some sunshine during the afternoon with temperatures reaching the low to mid 30s. Colder air is going to return Wednesday night and by Thursday we will be back in the deep freeze with temperatures pretty much confined to the teens. The computer models are coming into better agreement regarding Friday's weather and it is looking more and more like a significant snow event Friday into Friday night. There are still some discrepancies regarding the actual track of the system and this will ultimately determine the snowfall totals. There is a potential for six or more inches of snowfall before the storm moves out Saturday morning.
