AUGUSTA, Maine (NEWS CENTER) -- It may be a little too cold to hop on a motorcycle this time of year, but that doesn't stop biker enthusiasts from fixing up their rides.
The 37th Annual Great Northern Motorcycle Swapmeet was held from 9am to 4pm Saturday, at the Augusta Civic Center.
Vendors brought leather jackets and gloves, jewelry, and sweet snacks.
Antique bikes and parts were for sale and for swap.
"I bought a fender. I have my first motorcycle and my husband and brother-in-laws are going to help me chop it up, bob it out, make it more me," said Sue Leplante from Topsham. "So I needed a new fender. Well, an old fender."
The event hosted information booths for getting a motorcycle license and riding safely.
