(NEWS CENTER) -- Earlier this week, Governor Paul LePage called for each member of a board assigned to approve plans for new charter schools in Maine to resign.   Recently, the board voted to allow just one of five plans to move forward in the process.

The governor says the board's rejection of any of the other plans is hurting Maine school children by limiting their educational options.

We talk about it all with NEWS CENTER political analysts Phil Harriman and Ethan Strimling about that, as well as the apparent lack of communication that still exists between the governor and newly placed Democratic leaders in the Legislature.
