Sanford police identify NH man wanted for robbery

SANFORD, Maine (NEWS CENTER) - Police in Sanford have issued an arrest warrant for a Manchester, New Hampshire man who they believe was involved with Thursday's York County Federal Credit Union robbery.

Police say that witnesses saw a vehicle speeding away from the credit union, at 870 Main Street in Sanford, at the time of the robbery. After an investigation police located the vehicle in Manchester, NH. That led them to 23-year-old Justin Brady, of Manchester.

After speaking with Brady on the phone, police say he became "despondent and abruptly ended the phone call."

Police believe Brady is hiding in the Manchester area, local authorities there are now also looking for him.

As of Friday morning, Sanford Police have obtained an arrest warrant for Brady.
