207 Lynn Archer's Cocoa Cake with Peanut Butter Frosting

Lynn Archer's Cocoa Cake
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons canola oil
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 cup water
Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt in an ungreased 8x8 baking ban. Mix with a fork until well blended. Add canola oil, vanilla and white vinegar. Mix well with fork. Then mix in water. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Peanut Butter Frosting
Ingredients:
2 sticks butter (softened)
1 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 lb confectioners sugar
Beat butter well with mixer. Beat in peanut butter. Add vanilla and confectioners sugar and beat until light and fluffy.
