Black Friday shoppers out for a bargain

SOUTH PORTLAND, Maine (NEWS CENTER) - Droives of shoppers braved the chilly early morning temperatures to get their hands on some blockbuster bargains.

People lined up outside stores like Wal-Mart and Target as early as Thursday afternoon to be the first in line.

Stores in the Maine Mall opened at 12:01. The mall remained busy throughout the night. And you can bet it will stay that way throughout the day.

Police have not reported any major crimes or instances of violence related to Black Friday shopping in Maine.
