Here are just a few thoughts this early morning before I have time to write a more detailed discussion after the morning show:
1) Forecast is still on track. Sandy is behaving as anticipated and the timing has remained the same since yesterday.
2) The path of Sandy is pretty well nailed down by computer models with landfall just south of New York City.
3) Our wind gusts still look to be in the 40-60 MPH range with gusts up to 65 MPH a real possibility along the coastline.
4) The strongest wind will be Monday night but the heaviest rain will continue through Tuesday afternoon.
That's it for now. I'll be back.
