COUSINS MAINE LOBSTER
Cousins Sabin Lomac and Jim Tselikis grew up together near Portland in Southern Maine where each family celebration started with a pot of steaming red lobsters and ended with blueberry pie. Sabin relocated to Los Angeles following his graduation from Hofstra University in 2003 and has watched the food truck movement explode. Meanwhile, back on the east coast, Jim has watched the lobster industry land record-breaking catches year after year. Tselikis and Lomac decided to combine the strength of the lobster product with the strength of the LA food culture, and in early 2012, Cousins Maine Lobster was born.
