LEWISTON, Maine (NEWS CENTER) -- The fire started just after 7 p.m. on the first floor apartment at 80 Pierce Street. It spread to the front units of 78 and 80 Pierce Street.
The two buildings are back-to-back on Bartlett and Pierce Streets. The fire has gone to three alarms.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
According to Lewiston Fire Chief Paul LeClair, ten people living between the three buildings have been affected.
