As we head into the second half of the weekend, expect a bit of a chill in the air. Mind you, nothing unusual....we were a bit spoiled on Saturday with some above average temperatures, so today will bring us some "autumn reality" with regard to our temperatures. Most of the region will top-out in the mid to upper 50s today with a fair amount of sunshine expected, so not a bad Sunday at all!
Some changes are coming tonight however, as an area of low pressure tracking northeast will likely be close enough offshore to swing clouds and some cold rain into the region, especially for coastal, central and easternmost counties of the Pine Tree State. If the low tracks a bit more north and west, all of us will experience some raindrops overnight.
Behind the departing low look for sunshine and breezy conditions to return on Monday and Tuesday.
