A stalled out frontal system that brought us clouds and showers today is going to move finally start moving our way on Thursday. The day will start out cloudy with scattered showers followed by a steady widespread rain moving in during the afternoon. The rain is expected to continue into Thursday night and then wind down after midnight as the front goes by. Drier air behind the front should bring us a mix of sunshine and clouds on Friday with temperatures reaching the low 70s in most locations. This fine weather promises to be short lived. Another front is going to move through our region on Saturday bringing more clouds and the threat of showers. All the computer models are projecting this front to stall off the east coast with an area of low pressure forming on it. This low will then move up the coast on Sunday and stands a very good chance of bringing us another round of precipitation either during the day or at night depending on how quickly it moves.
