BANGOR, Maine (NEWS CENTER)-- According to Bangor Police, Randall Ricky Daluz, also known as Money, willingly turned himself in to New Bedford Police Tuesday morning. Bangor Police detectives were notified immediately and met Daluz in New Bedford.
Sgt. Paul Edwards with Bangor Police said, "He was cooperative and talked with the detectives for several hours about this case."
The details of that discussion are not being released.
Wednesday morning Daluz appeared in New Bedford Court where he waived extradition. Daluz arrived at Penobscot County jail Wednesday evening. He will be held there until his arraignment. He faces three counts of murder and one count arson.
Last week, Daluz and Nicholas Sexton were indicted by a Penobscot Grand Jury and a warrant was issued for their arrest.
Daluz and Sexton are believed to have shot to death Daniel Borders, Nicolle Lugdon and Lucas Toscano...and then set their car on fire.
The whereabouts of Nicholas Sexton are still unknown.
"Sexton still is a fugitive from justice and he is still wanted. Right now there is no indication as to where he is. We are still looking for the public's help to give us any information as to his whereabouts. He could be anywhere in New England or even further at this point...and is considered armed and extremely dangerous," said Sgt. Edwards.
Sexton is described as a white male. He is five feet ten inches tall weighing about one hundred and eighty pounds with blond or brown hair and blue eyes.
