Two arrested in Yarmouth shooting - no one injured

YARMOUTH, Maine (NEWS CENTER) -- Two people were arrested after a shooting in Yarmouth Sunday.

Police were called to a disturbance at a home on Granite street around 1am Sunday.

While en route, the disturbance apparently escalated and police say two people shot at each other, firing at least twelve shots.  No one was injured.

When police arrived on scene, they arrested Michael Lovering and Samantha Newton.

Lovering is charged with Reckless Conduct and Newton is facing a charge of Carrying a Concealed Weapon.

The investigation is ongoing.
