LEBANON, Maine (NEWS CENTER) -- The Lebanon Rescue Department says two men were killed early Sunday morning when the truck they were riding in crashed into a stone wall.
Lebanon Rescue officials and the York County Sheriff's Department responded just after midnight Sunday to the intersection of Center Road and Upper Cross Road in Lebanon. When officials arrived on scene, they found one man dead. Another man in the truck was in serious condition, and was taken by LifeFlight helicopter to Maine Medical Center where he later died from his injuries.
The names of the two men are not being released while their families are being notified. The Lebanon Rescue Department says no other vehicles were involved in the accident, and it appears the two men were not wearing their seatbelts.
