A weakening cold front is moving our way for tonight and may kick off a few showers or thunderstorms early this evening. The front is expected to dissipate on Friday leaving us with a mix of sunshine and clouds and rather mild temperatures for the time of year. Most spots should top out in the 80-85 degree range with 70s along the Maine coast. Another frontal system will be headed our way on Saturday but won't get here until Saturday night. Southerly winds out ahead of the front are going to pump plenty of low level moisture into the air resulting in considerable cloudiness Friday night into Saturday morning. The best bet for any hazy sunshine on Saturday will be away from the coast and there may be a few showers in the afternoon in New Hampshire. Showers or thunderstorms are likely Saturday night into Sunday. The models still don't agree on when the front will clear the Maine coast so I'm guessing we'll see improving weather Sunday afternoon which is sort of a compromise between the models. Sunshine and much cooler weather will follow for Monday.
