A cold front is going to move through northern New England tonight kicking off a few showers or thunderstorms. Most of the activity should be over by midnight and by Saturday morning it's looking to be mostly clear. High pressure will supply us with a mostly sunny day on Saturday with temperatures reaching the mid to upper 70s. The high will be east of us by Sunday at which point a weak disturbance in the upper atmosphere will be headed our way. I expect this feature to put more clouds in the sky so look for a mix of sunshine and clouds and there is a slight chance for a few pop up showers as well. A second ridge of high pressure is going to move our way on Monday and at the same time clouds from the remnants of Isaac will be arriving as well. The result should be a partly sunny day. An approaching cold front promises to bring showers on Tuesday.
