MORRILL, Maine (NEWS CENTER)-- To celebrate its 90th anniversary, Oakhurst Dairy held a contest for people to write about their favorite memory involving Oakhurst. The grand prize winner received her prize on Tuesday and she is from Morrill.
Robin Webster won a lifetime supply of Oakhurst products and was able to decide where Oakhurst would donate $1,000.
Webster said she grew up on a Dairy Farm.
She wrote her article about how her dad tricked one of her cousins into thinking that there was a cow that only produced chocolate milk.
"He started kindergarten, he went to school and he tried so hard to convince his kindergarten teacher that there really was a chocolate cow because his Uncle Roger in Maine had one. And he tried really hard," Webster said.
Webster said she donated the money to the Morrill Fire Department after her old family house was ruined by an electrical fire.
