ROCKLAND, Maine (NEWS CENTER) - Police in Rockland are hunting for a man who robbed a pharmacy Tuesday afternoon.

Deputy Chief Wally Tower says the man walked into Jensen's Pharmacy on Camden Street around 3:15 PM. The robber then handed the pharmacist a note demanding drugs.

Police say he was given Oxycontin and then he ran out of the store and into a back parking lot.

Dogs were unable to track the robber and police say they don't know whether he left on foot or in a car.

No weapon was shown and no one was injured.

Deputy Chief Tower says the robber is around 5'8" and was wearing a business suit and a fedora style hat.
