STANDISH, Maine (NEWS CENTER) -- Tyler James Hall, 20, is now facing criminal charges in connection with the car crash that killed Clark Noonan in April.
Hall, who is from Pittston, is charged with manslaughter, reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon and leaving the scene of the accident.
Noonan was a passenger in Hall's car when it crashed on the Chadbourne Road in Standish April 14.
Noonan grew up in Bangor and was a student at St. Joseph's College when he died.
