A slow moving cold front is going to work its way through our region tonight kicking off a round of showers and thunderstorms in the process. The front should be just south of us by Wednesday morning with a second front hot on its heels. The models are not very clear as to whether the second front will kick off any showers so my guess is they will be scattered in nature. Behind the second front drier air will move in Wednesday night making for much more comfortable sleeping conditions. High pressure will then take control of our weather bringing us a stretch of sunny and warm days with tolerable humidity levels.
