GARDINER, Maine (NEWS CENTER) - Police in the town of Gardiner say that one person has died in a car accident on Route 201. The accident occurred at the intersection of 201 and Marsten Road in Gardiner. It's still unclear what caused the accident, and police have not yet released the name of the victim. Police say that despite the accident, route 201 remains open.
