Westbrook man arrested on drug dealing charge

WESTBROOK, Maine (NEWS CENTER) - Police and drug agents entered an apartment in Westbrook Monday afternoon and came out with three suspects, more than $1,000 in pills and dangerous weapons.

Westbrook Police and the Maine Drug Enforcement Agents investigated an apartment at 26 Cole Street in Westbrook.

Police say the resident, Ryan MacVane, was dealing Oxycodone. While searching his home, officers found and seized $1,350 in Oxycodone tablets, a loaded .40 caliber pistol, ammunition and two stun guns.

Two other men, Brady Fusco, 22, of Portland, and Benjamin Grant, 26, of Saco, were charged with unlawful possession of Oxycodone.

MacVane faces a charge of Aggravated Trafficking. He's being held at the Cumberland County Jail on $10,000.
