PORTLAND, Maine (NEWS CENTER) -- Kids at the Barbara Bush Children's Hospital at Maine Medical Center had a very special visitor Friday morning.
Even though it's getting down to crunch time, Santa stopped in to see about 25 children who have to be in the hospital on Christmas.
It's all part of the hospital's annual Christmas pancake breakfast. Santa greeted all the children, and of course-- brought them lots of presents.
Parents say it's nice to see their kids smiling and laughing and making the most of a difficult situation during the holidays.
