Odyssey of the Mind tests creativity

SANFORD, Maine (NEWS CENTER) -- Some of Maine's most creative students were in Sanford Saturday for the State Odyssey of the Mind competition.

The organizers of the program call it a comprehensive and holistic educational experience.  The students simplify their thoughts to "fun, exciting" and "a great experience".

Teams from around the state are given a problem to solve in a competition where creativity and ingenuity count.

Odyssey of the Maine is a non-profit organization.  The winning teams are invited to the world competition in Maryland.
