Egg and sausage breakfast casserole 1 pkg. frozen hash browns 2 pkg. brown and serve link sausage 1 doz. eggs 1 c. milk salt and pepper 1 pkg. shredded cheddar cheese Butter bottome of a 13x9 inch baking dish. Place potatoes in the baking dish and add a little salt and pepper to taste. Place springking of cheese in a thin layer on top of the potatoes. Place sausage links on top of potatoes. Beat eggs with milk. Pour over top of sausage. Add remaining cheese to cover top of casserole. Bake at 350* for 40 to 45 minutes, until knife inserted comes out clean.
