Satellite Home Viewer Improvement Act
On November 29, 1999, President Bill Clinton signed the Satellite Home Viewer Improvement Act, which amended the law relative to processing waiver requests.
In particular, the law now provides that waiver requests must be submitted by subscribers to their satellite carriers. The carriers will then forward these requests to WCSH 6.
