Eliot Cutler talks with Bill Green

Eliot Cutler.  He's an interesting and capable guy.  He's very formidable. Everyone analyzes why he lost.  I think it's because he wasn't able to make the electorate feel like it/they knew him.  This piece attempts to focus on his life's direction and how he came to do what he did.  I'm pretty sure he'll run again.  I'm pretty sure Paul LePage will run again. You throw in an emerging Democrat and you once again get a very close race.
