207 GETS SLIM FOR SUMMER
Tonight we kick off a ten week series called "Slim For Summer" with Jackie Conn from Weight Watchers. Jackie showed us what to buy...and not buy...in the grocery store. Jackie will be sharing 207 tips with us to help you lose weight and get healthy for summer.
Tonight's tips include:
1. Go grocery shopping on a full stomach to reduce impulse purchases.
2. Make a list of the items you need and stick to it.
3. Shop on the outer aisles where you find dairy, meat and produce.
4. If there isn't an item on your list on an inner aisle, don't go down that aisle.
